Encourage Others Dreams

A message from Sandy. John C.Maxwell and Les Parrott Ph.D., joined together to write 25 Ways To Win With People, they show how anyone can win with people by making others feel like a million bucks. Wouldn’t you consider it a privilege if others shared their dreams with you? It would show a great deal of courage and trust. In that moment, consider the great power you have in their lives–it’s no small matter. The power of our words. A wrong word can crush a person’s dream; the right word can inspire them to pursue it. If someone thinks enough of you to share their dream–take care.
Actress Candice Bergman commented, “Dreams are, by definition, cursed with short lifespans.” Is that because there are always people who don’t like to see others pursuing their dreams? Ready to squash your dream with negativity. Perhaps it reminds them how far they are from their own dreams. If you try to talk someone out of their dream, are you really just making an excuse for yourself to stay within your own comfort zone? Don’t become a dream killer! Become a dream encourager! (even if you think it’s crazy or far- fetched) Encourage others to shoot for the stars!
