No Regrets!

A message from Sandy. I recently went back to a book that intrigued me from 1998 by Sarah Ban Breathnach called Something More.
Living with no regrets–why–there’s no time for it! Think what a thrilling choice it would be, every morning, waking up and asking yourself: “If this is my last day, what would I regret not having done?” Do I need to say “I love you” to someone? “I forgive you,” “I’m sorry.” If I do, shouldn’t that be the first phone call I make?
Is there one small action I can take toward nurturing my dreams, and making them a reality? If there is, shouldn’t that go on my To Do list today? If I am blessed with a tomorrow, is there a choice that I can make, need to make, or want to make that could enhance the quality of my life? Is there one I am postponing because it is difficult or painful? (yes) If I ignore it , will it be the regret I take with me? If there’s a chance it will, then I better make room in my heart and my schedule to think about it. It’s time to no longer take things for granted.
“You don’t have to have a bad job to want to find your calling. You don’t have to be miserable before you feel you deserve to be truly happy. All you need to know is that searching for Something More is settling for nothing less than you deserve. Admitting that you want Something More in your life is the first step in starting over and discovering what that Something More is for you.”
What is your Something More?
