Your Personal Power

A message from Sandy. Dis empowerment—-What does that mean? It is the act of you taking away your own personal power! You are the only person who can. When you use certain words or think certain thoughts you DIS-empower yourself and make everything harder that it needs to be.
Each time that you think, “I can’t do this,” you are creating your own reality. When you tell yourself you don’t deserve something, then you don’t. It’s really that simple. What you tell yourself is true. It is your reality and you are making it a lot harder for yourself than it needs to be.
You are the captain of you ship even if your ship is adrift. When you realize that you can steer your ship in any direction you
choose, you begin to take back your empowerment. You can create this through your beliefs about yourself and the words you say to yourself. You can do anything you believe you can.
Begin by really listening to what you say to yourself and what you say to others about yourself (Critical Carol may step in—–do not listen to her!) Learn that what you say is what creates yourself. Stop “dissing” yourself! Create the reality your deserve.
